This is an ALPHA version for testing purposes. It may contain bugs or unfinished features. Please use with caution.
This version does not auto-update. You will need to manually install new versions.
Data Processing & API Keys: KICHAN uses AI (currently Google Gemini) to generate scripts.
Your prompts and relevant page content will be sent to Google for processing via your API key. KICHAN itself does not store this data long-term, but Google's API usage policies apply. Please review Google's terms and privacy policy regarding API usage.

How to Install
- Download the
.zip
file for the desired alpha version. - Extract the .zip file. This will create a folder (usually named
dist
or similar, containingmanifest.json
and other extension files). - Open Google Chrome and navigate to
chrome://extensions
in the address bar. - Enable Developer mode. You'll usually find a toggle switch in the top-right corner of the extensions page.
- Click the "Load unpacked" button that appears after enabling Developer mode.
- In the file dialog that opens, navigate to and select the folder you extracted in Step 2 (the one containing
manifest.json
). - The KICHAN Alpha extension should now be installed and appear in your list of extensions.
